Exclusions:

Services for unauthorized surveillance

3. User Responsibilities
You must:

Provide safe access to installation areas

Disclose any property hazards

Maintain clear line of sight for cameras

4. Pricing & Payments
Fees quoted are final unless scope changes

50% deposit required before installation

Balance due upon completion

5. Cancellation Policy
72-hour notice required for full refund

48-hour cancellations: 25% fee

Same-day cancellations: 50% fee

6. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for:

Pre-existing property conditions

Acts of nature affecting equipment

Unauthorized system modifications

Maximum liability = service fee paid.

7. Warranty & Guarantees
1-year workmanship warranty

90-day equipment functionality guarantee

Doesn't cover damage from misuse

No commercial use of our configurations

9. Monitoring Services
Separate contract required

Response times vary by package

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Illinois state laws.

11. Changes to Terms
